She is survived by: her mother Barbara McGuirl; her husband Jim Dykstra; her children, Megan McGuirl, Samantha McGuirl, Erika McGuirl and Carl Forbush; and her grandchildren, Jaxton, Jadelynn Emanouil and Levi Imkamp.
