He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Ashley Drake. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Brian DeWeerd (Sheryl), Brenda Drake (Bob) and Beth Reahm (Don); and his grandchildren, Aaron DeWeerd (Alicia), Hannah Phillips (Preston), Jeremiah DeWeerd (Olivia), Taylor Drake (Vanessa) and Chloe DeWeerd. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
