She is survived by: her husband Clarence E Middleton; her sons, Doug (Deb) and Dennie (Aimee); her grandchildren, Bree Middleton, Kelsie Sakuta (Matt) and McCartney Middleton; and her great grandchildren, Parker Middleton, Edison and Marshall Sakuta. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
