She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Spellman. She is survived by: her children, Ken Spellman (Patrice) and Barbara Coleman (Terry); her close friend Patty Goldberg; and her friend Jerry. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Marion County Animal Services.
