She is survived by: her sons, John Phelps (Sarah) and Michael Fetterhoff (Kari); her grandchildren, Jessica Phelps, Renee Bird (Wes), Shana Phelps, John Phelps, Jr., Kaylie Fetterhoff and Kellie; and her sister Kathleen Kruizenga (Edward). She is also survived by her brother, Timothy Start; her sister-in-law, Rebecca Start; and several nieces and nephews.
