She is survived by: her son Chris WorthingtonBarnes (Wendy) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandsons, Paxton Barnes and Mathew WorthingtonBarnes; her niece Theresa Klouw; and her sisters-in-law, Helen and Phyllis Laufersky.
