He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Lewis and Sandra Lewis (Lockard); his children, Sara Lewis and Kourtniy Bo; his grandchildren, Christine, Emylie, Brookelyn, Ameis and Malachi; and his brothers, Marvin Lewis, John Lewis, Jeff Lewis (Jodi) and Mark Lewis.
