She is survived by: her husband Jack Caudill; her children, Jeff Caudill (Casey) and Melissa Lewis (James); and her grandchildren, Jack Lewis (Isabelle Amato), Ava Lewis, Shelby Caudill (Caleb Kiselica), Emma Caudill (Joel Kiselica), Lily Caudill (Marshall Warder) and Alyssa Miller.
