He is survived by: his parents, Scott Moe (Danette) and Kathy Spotts (Todd); his wife Amber Moe (Leonard); his children, Graycin Moe, Caitlyn Smith and Drew Smith; his granddaughter Briar-Rose "Willis"; his grandparents, Nolan Spotts (Jackie), Don Rulison and Sue Roop; and his siblings, Katie Moe-Hoffman (Chad), Emily Trumble (Andrew), Andrea Wadlington (Corey), Sydney Spotts (Miguel), Jake Spotts (Emily), Ryan Neff (Brittney), Tara Brown (David), Larry Leonard II, Jessica Lamphiear (Tony) and Amanda Boor (Doug). He is also survived by many friends that were like family, cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
