She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Stephens; her stepfather James T. Stephens; her father James Waldofsky; her stepmother Tillia Waldofsky; and her brothers, Steven Waldofsky and James "Bo" Waldofsky.
She is survived by: her sons, Adam Waldofsky and Joshua Fangboner; her granddaughters, Brittany Rue, Angelina Waldofsky and Isabella Fangboner; her sisters, Sherri Cooper and Karen Zaborowski; and her nieces and nephews, Amy Cooper, Lindsay Zaborowski, Toni Zaborowski, Jon Manni and James Brown.
