Dean Earl Chambers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dean Earl Chambers of Springport, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Donald Chambers; his wife Patricia Owens Chambers; his half-sister Sandra Brigham; his stepfather Gilbert Cockroft; his father-in-law Weldon Owens; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Long, Carl Walters and Michael Manthei.
He is survived by: his mother Rexine Noakes Chambers; his sons, Tracey (Kathy) and Timothy Chambers (Angie); his half-sisters, Brenda Brigham Walters and Helen Cockroft Manthei; his grandchildren, Carson and Alayna Chambers; his stepgrandchildren, Corey, Justin Adair and Kurstin Leveque; his stepgreat-granddaughter Fiona Leveque; and his mother-in-law Ruby Owens. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and great niece and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vickers Springport Funeral Home (121 Pearl St, Springport, MI 49284). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Springport Future Farmers of America, Adam Rockey VFW 6056 or a charity of your choice.
