He is survived by: his significant other Khloe Rothenberger; his parents, Brandi Izydorek and Donald Piepkow (Morgan); his siblings, Dusty "Sis" Piepkow, Clayton Piepkow and Oliver Piepkow; his stepsister Kylie Tuttle; his grandparents, Steve and Paula Izydorek; his aunts and uncles, Terra Serrels (James), Nick Izydorek (Kari), Andru Russell (Alysha) and Adam Izydorek; and his cousins, PJ, Justin, Katelynn, Michael, Kailey, Kassidy, Thea and Levi.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to assist with a needed surgery for Jimmy's dog, Hank.
