Joyce Ann Betz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2025, at the age of 76, Joyce Ann Betz of Springport, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce Ann Betz to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Choate and Marjorie Choate (Gilbert); her brother Ed Choate; and her niece Michelle Murphy (Sautter). She is survived by: her husband Charles Betz; her daughter Shonda Bourdo (Steven); her grandchildren, Kennedy and Harper; her siblings, Barry Choate and Kathy Moon (Tom); her niece Jennifer Summer (Arthur); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abby and Mia; her nephew Ben Murphy (Elizabeth); her great-nephew Benjamin; and her great-niece Emily. She is also survived by her neighbors, great friends and honorary grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Jackson District Library in her honor.
