She is survived by: her father Richard Cook; her daughters, KateLynn Marie (Mike), Becky and Jackie Sanford (Chris); her grandchildren, Colt, Lane and Peyton; her siblings, Deb Cook, Mike Cook and Tim Cook (Pat); her nieces, Dana, Nikki, Lisa, Brittany, Shyann and Brianna; her nephew Mason; and her friends, Marti, Diane and Beth. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

Though Alzheimer's slowly took many of her memories, it never erased the love she gave so freely.
