He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Donald Lewis and Shirley Francis Lewis (Schwab); and his sister Kathy Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Alaina, Audrey Lewis and Steven Lewis; his grandson Micah Sheridan; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Rutherford (Westley) and Matthew Corliss (Jessica); his stepgrandchildren, Noelle, Brynlee Corliss, Owen, Gavin and Emma Rutherford; and his siblings, Robert Lewis (Gloria), Wayne Lewis (Cindy) and Vicki Krahn (Rick).
