He is survived by: his wife Patricia McKenna; his daughter Jacqueline DeLeon (Steve); his grandchildren, Daytona, Catlina, April, Lily and Quentin; and his sister Karen Ratajczak (Dan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Compassus Hospice or The Knights of Columbus, in honor of Carl.
