Pamela L. Yealey Obituary

Pamela L. Yealey, affectionately known as Pam, passed away peacefully in her hometown of Standish, Michigan, on May 25, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on September 18, 1948, to the late Theodore and Maxine (Groff) Rajewski, Pam was a lifelong resident of Standish, where she cultivated a life filled with love, service, and joy.

Pam was a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her loving children Dale (Stephenie), Steve and his wife Cheryl, and John and his wife Tina and a daughter in law Stephenie. Her legacy continues through her adored grandchildren, Tiffany, Debbie, Zackary, Divida, Matthew, and Cody, who is married to Brooke, and her treasured great-grandchildren, Ellie and Owen. Pam was preceded in death by her husband Dale, parents, a brother Steve Rajewski, her sister Sara Serafin, and her granddaughter Ashley.

Pam dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Standish Community Hospital. Her selfless and compassionate nature was a beacon of comfort and support to all those she cared for during her time at the hospital. Her colleagues and the many lives she touched will fondly remember her for her unwavering dedication and kind heart.

Beyond her professional life, Pam was known for her love of Bingo, a pastime she joyfully shared with her mother. She also found great pleasure in camping and playing games with her family, creating memories that they will hold dear for a lifetime. Pam's skill in canning tomatoes was unmatched, and her family will miss the love she poured into every jar.

Those who knew Pam will remember her as the epitome of thoughtfulness and love. She was a woman who always put others before herself, and her loving nature was evident in every aspect of her life. Her presence was a warm embrace to those around her, and her absence will be deeply felt by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Pam's life was a testament to the power of love and the impact one person can have on the lives of many. She was a pillar of her family, a friend to all, and a caring soul whose influence will continue to be felt. Her family takes comfort in knowing that Pam's spirit lives on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, as well as the countless memories she leaves behind.
