He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Sr. Garcia and Ursala Garcia (Granados). He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Braman of Stanton; his children, Lisa Toth (Frank) of Edmore, Richard Garcia, Mark Lee of St. Petersburg, FL and James Garcia (Sara) of Heartsville, TN.; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Vaughn (Stacey), Michael Gleason, Justin Garcia, Logan Garcia and Shelby Mais; his great grandchildren, Jace Vaughn and Carter Vaughn; and his siblings, Jessie Garcia, Frances Gauno (Edward), Mary Aguinaga (David), Rosa Garcia, Dee Stansbury (Kelly), Frank Garcia, David Garcia (Libby), Teresa Salas, John Garcia, Manuel Garcia, Lupe Garcia, Lucy Garcia, Joe Garcia and Richard Garcia.
