She is survived by: her husband Richard Nielsen; her children, Troy Nielsen of Stanton and Rae Ann Simon (Jeff) of Blanchard; her grandchildren, Jared Simon (Ashley) of Blanchard and Janelle Peterson (Jordan) of Blanchard; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Olivia, Jackson, Amelia and Eliza; her niece Karen Jozwiak; her siblings-in-law, Ruth Henry (John), Caroline Ellsworth and Lewis Nielsen (Joanne); and her caregiver Margaret Parks.
