It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Strautz of Stanton, Michigan, who passed away on August 23, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Frederick may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frederick touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Strautz and Marjorie Strautz (Litzenburger); his brother Charles E. Strautz "Chuck"; and his sister-in-law Patsy Strautz. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Strautz; his children, Angela Strautz (Nathan Noah) and Kevin Strautz of Kentwood, Michigan; his sister Mary Beth Strautz of Stanton, Michigan; and his nieces, Sherry Meyers (Paul), Shelley Springborn (Fred) and Cheryl Russo (Will).
