He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar C. Petersen and Frances L. Petersen (Vierk); and his siblings, Carolyn Stimer and Wallace Petersen. He is survived by: his wife Connie Yeomans; his children, Becky Ravell (Kenneth) of Belding and Curtis Petersen (Dana) of Stanton; his grandchildren, Jeremy Petersen (Lisa) of Ionia, Bill Ravell (Jessica) of Belding, Callie Petersen (Cody Dingman) of Riverdale, Amanda Hammis (Jason) of Saginaw and Samantha Batshon of Muskegon; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Madelynn, Charlotte, Olivia, Lucas, Piper, Aleigh, Arabella and Eli.
Memorial contributions can be made in Marvin's name to Clay Street Center. Donations may be delivered or mailed to Marshall Funeral Home or Clay Street Center.
