She is survived by: her children, Tara Cornwell, Lorrie Polinkus, Lance and Sarah Cornwell; her grandchildren, Brook Polinkus, Holly Polinkus, Christopher Cornwell, Samantha Cornwell and Alexandra Cornwell; her stepgranddaughter Christine Davis; and her great grandchildren, Kali Polinkus, Ayva Polinkus, Nova Polinkus, Eliya Dean, Xavier Dean and Ava Villarreal. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army.
