He was predeceased by: his parents, Lauren Billings and Ruth Billings (Perry); his wife Shirley Mae Shepherd; his son Mark A. Billings; his great grandchild Opal Billings; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Schumaker, Jane Billings and Donna Billings.
He is survived by: his sons, Robin Billings (Esther) and Rex Billings (Mary); his grandchildren, Rebecca Davey (Neil), Tiffany Billings (Jose Rosales) and Ethan Billings (Carly); his great grandchildren, Diethelm Billings, Lockeland Billings and Henry Weir; his siblings, Donald (Joan Billings), Frank Billings and Anna Schumaker; Kelly Iseman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
