He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Spencer and Jean Spencer (Rose); his daughter Theresa Anderson; and his siblings, Ilene Hyde, Sandra Harper and James Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, Sherry Spencer (Renee) of Rockford and Rob Spencer (Tina) of Sidney; and his brothers, Tom Spencer (Nancy) of Attica, Gordon Spencer (Elaine) of Almont and Dean Spencer of Grand Rapids.
Graveside services will be held at Sidney Cemetery immediately after Mass.
