She is survived by: her husband Roger Hayward; her siblings, Karen Plutchak (Dan), Ronald Zahorik (Sue), Kathy Dziedzic (Pete), Barbara Zahorik, Todd Zahorik, Roberta Koutnik (Bob) and Mary LeClaire (Cliff); and her brother-in-law Steve Ruleau. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
