He is survived by: his brother Mark Hayward (Sandy Lesperance); and his in-laws, Karen Plutchak (Dan), Ron Zahorik (Susan), Steve Ruleau, Kathy Dziedzic (Pete), Barb Zahorik, Todd Zahorik, Roberta Koutnik (Bob) and Mary Leclaire (Cliff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
