He was predeceased by: his parents, George Zahorik and Pauline Zahorik (Kramer); his in-laws, Bill and Stella Loskot; and his siblings, Debbie Hayward (Roger), Donna Ruleau and George Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Ashley Grinsteiner (Brandon), Shayna Dionne (Jason) and Megan Zahorik-Cesternino (Colin); his grandchildren, Tenley, Nora, Adelyn and Nella; his siblings, Karen Plutchak (Dan), Kathy Dziedzic (Pete), Barbara Zahorik, Todd Zahorik, Roberta Koutnik (Bob) and Mary LeClaire (Cliff); and his brothers-in-law, Steve "Fat Buddy" Ruleau, Don Loskot and Jeff Loskot. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
