He is survived by: his wife Shirley Warner; his daughters, Kris Harvey and Tammy Parrett (Donna Larsen); his grandchildren, Mitchell Harvey (Caroline) and Lauren Harvey (Ben Giesler); his brothers-in-law, Ernie Warner (Linda) and Larry Warner; and his godchildren, Patty Vandenberg, Ronnie Parrett and Penny Sue Parrett-Nehls. He is also survived by his family, friends.
