She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John "Jack"; her children, Carolyn Schmidt (late Daniel), Julie Gutmann (Len) and Jackie Frei (Daniel); her grandchildren, John (Amanda), Stephen, Michael (Jenna), Grace, Alexis, Sam and Madeline; her great grandchild Elsie; and her sisters, Eileen Perkins (Larry), Mary Joan Schihl and Sharon Paladino (late Tony).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home (13650 15 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (95 Market St, Mt Clemens, MI 48043).
