He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Catherine; his children, Anthony Tanascu and Jacqueline Tanascu; his brothers, Randall Tanascu (Kimberly) and John Paul Tanascu (Karen); and his parents, Nicholas Tanascu and Eileen Tanascu.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons - Shelby Township (54880 Van Dyke, Shelby Township, MI 48316).
