He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mihil Milicaj and Dile Milicaj; his spouse Lushe-Lucy Milicaj; his children, Victor and Gabriella Milicaj; his siblings, Lon Milicaj (Gjyla) and Roza Kolaj (Marjan); and his sibling-in-law Zoje Milicaj. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wasik Funeral Home (49150 Schoenherr Rd, Shelby Twp, MI 48315). The lying in state was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Albanian Catholic Church (525 W Auburn Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
