He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria; his children, Wojciech Kolodziej (Sabina) and Slawomir Kolodziej (Katarzyna); his grandchildren, Sebastian, Tatiana, Lukasz, Olivia and Claudia; and his siblings, Jozef Kolodziej (late Anna), Anna Ligas (late Michal), Maria Zabrzeski (late Antoni), Stanislaw Kolodziej (Maria), Francieszek Kolodziej (Maria) and Jadwiga Ligas (Jozef). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mandziuk & Son Funeral Directors, Inc. - Sterling Heights (3801 18 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church (3100 18 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
