She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Zolnierczak and Merle Zolnierczak; and her brothers, Jerome Zakrzewski and Douglas Zakrzewski (Annette). She is survived by: her siblings, David Zakrzewski and Myra Stephens (Jonathan); her siblings' children, Dawn DiBenedetto (Anthony), Katy Rucker (Kevin), Courteney Anderson and Jeremy Anderson; her cousin Eugene Church; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholos DiBenedetto (Sarah), Ilana Rucker and Noa Rucker; her friend Gini Shaw; Robert DiBenedetto.
The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. Rene Goupil Catholic Church (35955 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (35955 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310).
