She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Laura and John Michael; her parents, Norman Mackie and Alma Mackie; her siblings, Lori Mackie and Norman Mackie; her nieces and nephews, Amanda Fisher (Dan), Travis Mackie, Casey Mackie and Thomas Smith; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Quinn and Sean; and her cousin Karen Durst.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons (54880 Van Dyke, Shelby Township, MI 48316). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
