He is survived by: his wife Susan (Slam Dunk); his children, Matthew and Gina Rose; his brother William Bologna (Lorraine); his siblings-in-law, Carol Bologna, Mike McColgan (Linda), Pat McColgan (Anne) and Paul Swanson (Ann); his sibling's children, Nina, Anthony, Nicolas, Elizabeth, Luke, Colleen of Nicole, MJ, Nicholas and Melissa; and his pets, Fiona and Stella.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the American Heart Association or All About Animals would be appreciated by the family.
