He is survived by: his wife Ann Kotila; his children, Michael (Jennette), Melody (Evester) and Mark (Arika); his grandchildren, Izabella, Mikaela, Brett, Michael, Henry, Lillian, Brenna and Dylan; and his brother Bill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
