Diane Marie Whitney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2025, at the age of 83, Diane Marie Whitney of Sterling Heights, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Diane shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Diane farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward R. Whitney; and her sister Terry LaRose. She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Martin (Rob); her sister Sharon Katz (Noel); and her nephew Bill Annand.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons (36900 Schoenherr Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Diane's honor would be appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association of Michigan.
