She was predeceased by: her spouse Jak Prenga Nue; and her siblings, Mhill Preni, Prena, Mara and Marija.

She is survived by: her daughters, Drane Prekaj, Zoja Gjinaj and Marte Gjergjaj; and her siblings, Zoja and Martja.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Albanians Church (29350 Lahser Rd, Southfield, MI 48034). The lying in state was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
