He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Archibald Bayly and Catherine Bayly (Risk); his siblings, Russell Bayly (Linda) and Larry Bayly (Lynda); and his pet Yorkie.

He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Lappin (late William) and Roberta DeMonaco (Bob); his wife Patti; his daughter Dr. Bryana Bayly; and his friend Patti.
