With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joanne Casey of Sterling Heights, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Joanne left this world on October 14, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Kimball and LuElla Kimball; her husbands, Terrance Casey and Thomas Beltz; her grandson David Cadieux; her siblings, James Kimball, Robert Kimball and Linda Holt; and her nephew Keith Holt.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Baumgartner (Ronald), Colleen Cadieux (Scott), Matthew Casey (Christine) and Lisa Petrella (Joseph); her grandchildren, Ryan Baumgartner (Jennifer), Jessica Juillet (Jerry), Nathan Casey (Laura), Abigail Cadieux, Maxwell Casey and Elizabeth Petrella; her great grandchildren, Henry, Lucas, Nolan Baumgartner and Baby Boy Casey; her siblings, Carol Henson (Perry), Gary Kimball (Susan) and Brian Kimball (Stefanie); her siblings-in-law, Carrol Kimball and Gary Holt; her family, Brookdale and Joanne; Daniel Beltz and Kelly Willis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons (54880 Van Dyke, Shelby Township, MI 48316). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Contributions would be appreciated in her name for her beloved Immanuel United Methodist Church on Gratiot Avenue in Eastpointe, or simply plant something beautiful in her honor.
