He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara; his children, John Jr., Michael (Colleen), Beverly St Onge (Jim) and Richard (Michelle); his grandchildren, Mark, MacKinley (Mary), Erika (Hugh), Andrew, Alyssa and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Eli, Lily and Luke; and his siblings, Henry, Jim, Carol and Rose.

A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. Blase Church (12151 15 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312).
