With sadness, we share the passing of Lawrence Bernard Damiani D. O. of Sterling Heights, Michigan. Lawrence, born on December 27, 1945, passed away on October 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Damiani and Mildred Damiani; and his brother Robert Damiani (Kathy). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Damiani; his children, Anthony Damiani, Matthew Damiani (Tami) and Kathryn Lewis (Daniel); his grandchildren, Isla, Anna, Everett, Emily, John and William; and his sister Marie Elaine Little.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons (36900 Schoenherr Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Kieran Church (53600 Mound Rd, Shelby Twp, MI 48316). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Kieran Catholic Church (53600 Mound Rd, Shelby Twp, MI 48316).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Detroit Institute of Art are appreciated.
