She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jr. Akers and Shirley Akers. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Leduc; her sons, Adam Trevino (Destinee) and Steven Leduc (Kelsey); her grandchildren, Theodore and Parker; and her siblings, Robert III Akers (late June), Richard Akers (Mary) and Lorene Waldorf (James). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons (36900 Schoenherr Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
