He is survived by: his stepfather Dave; his girlfriend Sharon; his children, Tory and Aaron; his grandchildren, Forrest and Robin; his sibling's children, Michael, Amanda, Natasha, Carley and Rebecca; and his child Yara.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations that will go towards his wishes to be laid to rest in Tennessee with his grandmother.
