He was predeceased by: his parents, William Newberry and Mary Newberry. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his child Stacie Newberry (William Horan); his sibling Billie Jean LePla (Kevin); and his nephew Michael Borowski (Kimberley). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Robert's honor would be appreciated to the Father Solanus Casey Center and Soup Kitchen.
