He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Izzy Selimi (Eda), Mike Selimi (Lily), Vezir Selimi (Janet) and Seit Selimi (Britt); and his siblings, Ferdane, Mazllem, Muhamet, Lume and Daut.
