He was predeceased by: his godparent Tracy LeClaire; his grandparents, Dale Sr., Delores McDermott and Gerald Misiak; and his uncles, David George McDermott, Dale Jr. McDermott and John Misiak.

He is survived by: his parents, Mark McDermott and Sherry McDermott; his sibling Michele McDermott; his grandmother Barbara Misiak; and his aunts and uncles, Arlene Hunter (Jeff), Janice Metzler, Jimmy Wincenciak, Sonny Wincenciak (Jeannie) and Leia. He is also survived by cousins, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society or any charity of your choosing so that Trever can continue to make an impact in the world.
