It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter John Stanczyk Jr. of Sterling Heights, Michigan, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sr. Stanczyk and Josephine "Joann" Stanczyk (Wolf); his stepmother Mary Stanczyk; and his siblings, Drew Colvin and Pammy Pleasant.

He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Lynne Reckling; his children, Angie Ashton (Greg), Diane Atchley, Wally Stanczyk, David Stanczyk (Sarah Romanowsky), Austin Stanczyk and Alex Stanczyk; and his grandchildren, Shawn, Alisha, Laura, Zach, Jeremy and Aubrey. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
