He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Pete Vergot Sr. and Lilly Vergot (Geisler); his daughter Abby Sedlock (Ryan); his brothers, George Mielke and Larry Mielke; and his former wife Marilyn Vergot (Jannert).
He is survived by: his granddaughter Lizzie Sedlock; and his siblings, Carol Akins, David Vergot, Geri Shirey (Leroy) and Dorothy Hasse. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great - nieces and great - nephews.
