He is survived by: his sons, Michael Lulenski and David Lulenski; his daughter-in-law Heather Lulenski; his stepchildren, Bryan Smith (Shannon), Kristen Smith and Jason Smith (Susan); his granddaughters, Sienna and Kelsey Lulenski; his stepgrandsons, Samuel (Amanda), Josh (Emily) and Andrew Wallace; his stepgreat-granddaughter Maddie Wallace; his brother Richard Lulenski; and his former wife Mary Ann Lulenski.
